Monday - 24 October

Picking up the reins of the Challenge after our weeks away in Scotland


Breakfast - Oatbran Porridge - C + F

Lunch - Jacket Potato, with salad and mayo - KG + F

Tea - Pork Chop and Lamb Kidney with Sweetcorn/Quorn Mince with peas and rice - FR + C


Supper - dish of nuts between us - C
